2. In-Game Tokens and Virtual Goods

The platform utilizes virtual tokens or in-game adjustments to facilitate casual gameplay simulations.

• These tokens are strictly internal utilities with zero real-world value.
• Tokens cannot be traded, transferred, sold, or redeemed for physical cash, legal tender, or goods outside of the platform environment.
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency balances at our sole discretion, without liability to you.

3. Account Termination and Prohibited Behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. This includes client-side scripting, database manipulation, or exploiting systemic bugs to alter token structures.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Red or Not Red or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the platform shall be governed by the local laws of the operator's jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
